Merchandise & Order Tracking

All orders are processed within 3-5 days upon receipt, and shipped within 5 -7 days. Depending on order (custom items such as shirts and bracelets have longer shipping and handling times) and, where you are located please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Should you have any questions regarding your order or merchandise please fill out the requested information and allow 24 hours for a response.

*** All T-Shirts are custom to order. Please add an additional 7-10 days processing time and 7-10 day shipping time. This is based on standard shipping from our warehouse. Expedited shipping available for additional cost per request.***
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final! The team at Michelle Antoinette is committed to providing quality products and great service. That is why all merchandise is thoroughly inspected and checked for quality prior to being shipped. We will not accept any returns or offer any exchanges on our merchandise nor will we provide full or partial refunds. While we can't guarantee the life of the product (s) we strive to provide great quality merchandise. Should you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order at info@shopmichelleantoinette.com and we will review your claim. Should an exchange be granted the merchandise will need to be returned at the customers expense including original packaging, sales slip, and delivery slip to validate.

Delivery Methods and Fees

There will be a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 included on all orders under $75 being shipped in the United States. Orders $75 and more will ship for free!

All orders regardless of total at checkout shipping outside of the United States will have a flat rate shipping charge of $29.95

All orders shipped in the United States will be Shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your items. A tracking number will be provided with all orders for customers to track shipments. Michelle Antoinette is not responsible for any delays of shipment caused by the United States Postal Service due to holidays, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances.
